I sent Mr. Eno a CD yesterday; I interviewed him a long time ago at the Walker Art Center in front of a full auditorium in connection with „The Shutov Assembly“ and „Wrong Way Up.“
Prior to interviewing him he sent us a list of questions not to ask him („do not ask me about, for instance, little sounds in „Sombre Reptiles“ – I simply won’t remember …“) and a list of suggested topics („perfume“). I thought it was tremendously arrogant, and then it made perfect sense. The interview was a joy.
Let’s look to Punkt 2019 and we’ll be ready. But I will discuss with Marc. I need to use my studio while I still have it.
With that, I will drink some coffee and go fire up the Marshall.
