„Hey, out there. I originally bought this UNDERWORLD album a long time ago when few had heard of it based on a small mention in a paragraph by a reviewer who said it was an overlooked album of that year & it was really great, blah, blah, blah. In the mood for something different, I took a chance. Lucky me. On this one Karl Hyde and Co. achieve a fusion of dance, trance, progressive & the ENTIRE time the music remains strangely, alienly beautiful. It also pulls off the feat of being hypnotic AND energetic at the same time. Most electronic albums seem to be specific to a particular activity or area, i.e. the dance floor, come down/chill out, headphone album. This one manages to be ALL OF THOSE and more. Best, Carla.“

Yep, this is the long-awaited release of the newly remastered versions of Underworld’s seminal 1996 album ‘Second Toughest In The Infants’.
Available in a variety of formats, including gatefold 2LP 180gm vinyl, the jewel in the crown has to be the 4-CD super deluxe box set, which comes with a host of bonus rare and unreleased tracks and sports a beautiful tomato-designed book including a new essay by Jon Savage.
