Manafonistas

on life, music etc beyond mainstream

„It is situated in a great location, nestled away in one of Greenwich’s prettiest streets, away from the main hub. It has kept its intimate and cosy atmosphere and is an ideal place to hover over coffee and cake.“

That’s where two Manafonistas will meet on April 2nd, in the early afternoon.

    When shall we meet (again)
In thunder, lightning or in rain,
    When the hurly burly’s done
When the battle’s lost and won.

    Which time, Bob?

  4. Bob:

Shall we say 1:30 at the cafe? (I played Duncan in our school performance of the Scottish play (and forgot my lines at one point — so I had to improvise: what I came up with wasn’t as good as the Bard’s words!))

  5. Michael Engelbrecht:

    1:30 – yes!

Never took that railway line, but i think it will be easy with my Oyster Card.

How will you recognize me? I will have a book or cd in my hands, if you have any doubts, phone me:)

Either Ruth Ozeki’s novel or travel stories told by an achetypal hippie, called Der Jesus vom Sexshop. Or the new Mojo magazine, May edition.

  6. Bob:

Perfect… on the day I may wear a baseball cap similar to this:

I’ll look busy and may have a ruck sack and may look as though I wish I could have a book in my hands!!

  7. Michael Engelbrecht:

And i might carry my BVB-tshirt, if it is a sunny day. Without Lewandowski, Gündogan, Kuba and Schmelzer we won’t have good chances in Madrid :(

  8. Bob:

Bale and Ronaldo do seem to be on fire at the moment! Following your lead I may have a Ruth Ozeki – I haven’t read her – but have just ordered it from Amazon!
