Excuse the not great quality of this photograph. I was in a taxi going thru the Gorbals and suddenly noticed Gorbals Sound as the taxi stopped at the lights. It’s the building in the centre with the red lettering on it.
Gorbals Sound is, of course, where the new Paul Buchanan record Mid Air was made. Wilkommen In Glasgow …
Nice rooms! And I thought Paul would have recorded it in a deserted house by the sea (i read something like that, not my romantic fantasy:)) a propos Glasgow: yesterday i read the first pages of a newly translated crime (!) novel by Chris(topher) Brookmyre: and where does it play … In the streets of Glasgow!
